This text enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 2 September 2022) and it shall start applying on 1 January 2023.
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on protection and sustainable use of fish stocks, determines the value (amount) of daily, multi-day and annual permits for the performance of recreational fishing for the year 2023. The value of the annual license for recreational fishing shall not be applied for fishing on protected areas as listed in article 3 (eight different protected areas have different specific costs). The value of the annual license for recreational fishing is 7,000 dinars. For persons older than 65 years, women and persons with a physical impairment of 60-80%, the value of the annual license for recreational fishing is 3,500 dinars. For persons with a physical impairment of 80% or more, persons with a complete loss of working ability, for military invalids with a physical impairment of 60% or more, civilian war invalids with a physical impairment of 60% or more and persons under 18 years of age, annual value Permits for recreational fishing amount to 600 dinars. The value of a daily permit for recreational fishing in all fishing areas is 1,000 dinars. The value of a multi-day permit for recreational fishing in all fishing areas is 2,000 dinars.
