Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 50 articles, sets out provisions concerning checking for leakage and recovery of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, conditions of the maintenance and installation of equipment containing ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, and the conditions of recovery and disposal of covered ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases. This Regulation also establishes minimum qualification requirements for personnel performing leak checks, recovery, recycling, reclamation and destruction, and establishes the reporting system on import, export, production and use of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases.
