Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the necessary conditions, manner and form of the request for exercising the right to incentives for organic plant production, as well as the maximum amount of incentives per single user. Incentives for organic plant production are realized in a manner determined by a special regulation which regulates the exercise of the right to basic incentives for plant production (incentives for organic plant production are realized for plant production and are determined in the appropriate amount which is increased by 550% of the amount for incentives which are paid for basic incentives for plant production in accordance with a special regulation governing the distribution of incentives in agriculture and rural development).
