Abstract This Regulation prescribes the types of other forest products and the method of using and collecting of such forest products. Other forest products include products of biological and mineral origin in forests and on forest land, namely: mosses and lichens, ferns, grasses, flowers, medicinal and aromatic edible and industrial plants, other plants and their parts (roots, bark, leaves, fruits, pathological growths, semi-parasitic and parasitic plants), fungi, resin, cones, plant juices, leaf litter, grass for hay from forest meadows and clearings, game and other wild animals living in the forest, peat and humus, sand and stone, excluding forest wood from areas defined as forest, as well as services provided by the forest.
