Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on forests, prescribes the types of forestry works, the minimum conditions that must be met by legal or natural persons for the performance of works in forestry and works that forest owners may perform independently. Types of forestry works which require a license from the Croatian Chamber of Forestry Engineers and Wood Technology are: 1. development, renewal and revision of forest management plans; 2. development and revision of hunting management plans; 3. nursery and seed production; 4. extraction of wood forest products; 5. construction, reconstruction and maintenance of forest infrastructure; 6. works in urban forests; 7. forest management. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this Regulation within twelve months of its entry into force (article 10).
