Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the type of felling and the content of necessary forms for felling or timber request, authorization for felling and records on felling for areas smaller than 100 ha that are privately owned (private forests), as well as the form and content of felling or timber reporting forms. Types of felling are: stem cutting of selected individual stems which is applied in high-stemmed forests and low-stemmed preserved forests; group selective felling of selected groups of stems which is applied in low-stemmed forests; surface-clear felling of all trees on the surface of certain parcel or forest land subdivision, that is, the cadastral plot, which is applied in degraded forests, wild bushes and similar.
