Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on disaster risk reduction and emergency situation management, prescribes the type and quantity of hazardous substances on the basis of which the Accident Protection Plan is made and deriving measures are taken with the aim to prevent accidents and limit the impact of accidents on human life and health, economy, ecology and social stability and environment in general. Dangerous substance, in the sense of this text, is a substance defined by the regulation of the European Union which regulates the control of the danger from accidents involving dangerous substances. These rules are not meant for motor vehicle refueling stations.
