Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, establishes: (1) the type and power of hunting weapons and the minimum power projection, which is permitted to hunt specific species of game and protected species of wild animals; (2) the manner of tracking wounded or shot animals and protected species of wild animals; (3) the level of damages to game which is caused by the unlawful hunting. In particular, types of hunting weapons are specified in art. 2, and hunting ammunition is described in art. 3.
