Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and will be applied starting 1 January 2014, except for the provisions of articles 32, 33, 36, 38, 39 and 40 which refer to the qualification of persons and possession of appropriate certificates, that shall start applying no later than 1 January 2016.
Abstract

This Regulation determines several rules and provisions aimed at the gradual reduction of the consumption of ozone-depleting substances.
