Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 16, 17, 20, 23 and 24, in the part related to the qualification of persons and possession of appropriate certificates, which shall be applied starting 1 January 2016.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes: control of emissions, list and composition of fluorinated greenhouse gases together with their global warming potential; detailed conditions for issuing and using permits for import and export of fluorinated greenhouse gases and products and/or equipment containing or relying on them; instructions on the handling of such fluorinated greenhouse gases, products and or equipment containing or relying on them; treatments of fluorinated greenhouse gases after cessation of use of products and or equipment containing or relying on them.
