Abstract The purpose of this Regulation of the Mnister of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation is to reduce the discharges of ship-generated waste and cargo residues into the sea. The present Regulation, which is composed of seven paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) the mode of notifying ports and interested parties on information on waste on board; (2) the scope of required information; (3) the form template according to which information should be provided (specified in the Annex).
