Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on rescue and protection in emergency situations of the Republika Srpska, prescribes the method of training and education of persons within primary and secondary education in order to gain knowledge about the dangers of elementary accidents and other accidents or disasters, as well as acquiring knowledge in the field of personal, mutual and collective protection and rescue. Natural disasters and other accidents are: 1) devastating earthquakes; 2) large ground movements, such as landslides and landslides-out the rocks; 3) floods; 4) fires; 5) long-term extreme meteorological phenomena; 6) snow avalanches; 7) other major accidents and disasters. Safety of students, teachers, professional associates and other employees within elementary and secondary schools is ensured by timely identification of security risks, adequate prevention and predicting the way of reaction, and training students, teachers, professional associates and other employees as for an adequate response in such situations.
