Abstract This Regulation prescribes the general conditions for natural gas supply on the territory of the Croatian Republic, also defining the following: procedures for the issuance of connection approvals and creating conditions for the connection to the distribution or transmission system; conditions for the connection to the distribution or transmission system, supply of natural gas and use of the gas system; monitoring over quality of services and quality of natural gas; mutual contractual relations between energy suppliers and system users; obligations and responsibilities of energy gas market; conditions for measuring, calculating and charging for the delivered natural gas; conditions for the implementation of procedures for limiting or discontinuing the supply of natural gas; and procedures for determining and calculating the amount of non-authorized consumption of natural gas.
