Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will be fully applied from 1 September 2002.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for a complete tariff system for electricity services performed as a public service, the tariff elements for calculating the price of electricity and electricity-related activities performed as public service for various energy companies and customers, depending on type, strength, quality and other elements of delivered energy, on the Croatian territory.
