Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on maritime navigation safety, prescribes the system for selecting the category and type of inspection supervision (determination of decisive and unforeseen factors among several conditions and reasons which can be relevant), on the basis of which a detailed inspection of a foreign vessel can be performed. The Annex is part of this publication (system for selecting the category of inspection of a foreign vessel; system for selecting the type of inspection of a foreign vessel).
