This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary sustainable management regime of biological resources as regards the area of the Jabuka cave-pit (original name "Jabucka kotlina", sea based marine domain of the Republic of Croatia), also in terms of effective limitation of fishing activities; conditions for fishing vessels (navigation rules, for both commercial and sport-recreational fishing activities and/or related maneuvers).
