Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the terms regarding the special environmental fee that has to be paid in case of verified non-placing on the market of biofuel, aimed as penalty measure for the non-reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. This kind of penalty or special environmental fee is aimed for authorized sectoral operator that has failed to place on the market the prescribed quantity of biofuel and so he failed to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases. The above mentioned prescribed quantity of biofuel is the minimum share of biofuels in the total amount of fuel that was placed on the market in the current calendar year.
