Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation, which is composed of seven articles and two Annexes, lays down: (1) the scope of information from the water management information system (SIGW) which is the subject to disclosure; (2) the method of sharing and re-using information collected in SIGW; (3) the amount of fees for the preparation and sharing of information. The scope of information which is the subject to disclosure is specified in art. 2. The template for application for disclosure of information is defined in Annex 1.
