Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of 12 Paragraphs and two Annexes. The Regulation specifies the detailed scope and procedure for preparing: water management plans in basin areas (Paragraphs 3-8); conditions for the use of waters from water region (Paragraphs 9 and 10). Annex 1 describes methodology of basin state analysis. Annex 2 describes methodology of determining environmental aims.
