Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles and one Annnex, lays down details on sampling of plant protection products for laboratory testing, pursuant to art. 95 par. 4 of the the Law on plant protection. The present Regulation stablishes: (1) the method of sampling of plant protection products to test their composition or physical or chemical properties; (2) the model protocol of sampling plant protection products; (3) the method of securing samples of plant protection products; (4) the procedure of taking care of samples of plant protection products and residues of these samples.
