Abstract This Regulation here prescribes the complete set of rules for performing the work of forest police. The forest police, when performing the tasks and activities that they undertake under their authority, realize mutual cooperation, coordination and joint action with the state administration bodies, the Public Enterprise Macedonian Forests, as well as the bodies of the local self-government units. The performance of forest police works, tasks and obligations means control in the forest, on all roads, in populated areas, in warehouses and processing facilities for the purpose of detecting illegally cut or appropriated trees as well as illegal appropriation of other forest products.
