This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, but it will apply 12 months later.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for food safety related rules and manner aimed to limit and control the effective use of epoxy derivatives (possible toxic substance) in materials and items that are planned and/or designated to come into direct contact with food and foodstuff.
