Abstract

The Regulation lays down the requirements for soil protection when using sewage sludge originating from waste water treatment plants and equipment for the purposes of agriculture in a way preventing its harmful effects on soil, vegetation, animals and man, thereby ensuring its correct use. The text deals with the requirements and conditions related to the soil protection when using sludge originating from waste water treatment plants for agricultural purposes and the obligations of the producers
