This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the requirements that all animal feed operators should fulfill in terms of hygiene requirements in primary production, requirements at all stages of production, processing and distribution of animal feed. This text also sets other rules in relation to the facilities, equipment, manner of keeping records on undertaken measures, hygiene requirements for good animal nutrition practices in relation to grazing, as well as the requirements for the facilities for breeding animals and equipment for feeding animals, including the way of feeding, storing and distributing of feed.
