This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for the content and method for maintaining the Registry of installations in which dangerous substances are present within the meaning of the regulation governing the prevention of major accidents involving dangerous substances, the content and method of maintaining the Register of reported major accidents, and the method and deadlines for delivery of data for the Registry and Register.
