Regulation on the register of protected varieties and newly created national varieties, and on the register of protected foreign varieties of agricultural and forest plants.

This Regulation defines the data (such as plant species, variety denomination, serial number, name and residence of the creator of the variety, or the holder of the protection of the variety and number and date of the decision allowing the protection of varieties) that has to be kept in the Register of protected newly-created domestic varieties, and in the Register of protected foreign varieties of agricultural and forest plants (that are approved).
