This Regulation entered into force on 18 December 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of seven articles, lays down the procedure of application for the cultivation of genetically modified plants, methods of the establishment of the area of cultivation of genetically modified plants, and details on annual reporting on the cultivation of genetically modified plants. The farmer who intends to produce genetically modified plants must submit to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food the application which is available on the website of the Ministry.
