This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 14 paragraphs, establishes: (1) the way of keeping the register of mining areas; (2) data included in the register; (3) types of documents stored in the register; (4) deadlines and mode of passing documents used to enter information; (5) deadlines of passing maps of mining areas to entrepreneurs and authorities. The register includes mining areas for: (1) coal and lignite; (2) hydrocarbons; (3) metal ore excluding turf iron ore, indigenous metal ore and ores of radioactive elements; (4) salt, potassium salt and potassium-magnesium salt; (5) sulfur, gypsum and anhydrite; (6) medicinal and thermal water and brine; (7) mineral deposits not specified above; (8) underground tank-less storage of substances and underground storage of wastes.
