This Regulation entered into force on 13 November 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 12 articles, lays down: 11) data to be entered in the register of mining areas and closed underground storages of carbon dioxide storage; (2) date and mode of transmission of the source documents; (3) manner of keeping the register; (4) types of documents stored in the register; (5) deadlines of passing maps of mining areas to entrepreneurs and competent licensing authority, mining supervision authority and the mayor.
