Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of six Sections and 14 Annexes, lays down details on the register of agricultural holdings. The register keeps the information on common pastures and mountains, agricultural land use including hop, vineyards, plantations of strawberries, extensive orchards and meadows, production of olives and olive oil. In particular, the following information is included in the register on pastures and mountains: identification of pastures and mountains, names of pastures and mountains, information on facilities related to rearing of animals placed on pastures or mountains, the way of supplying electricity and water, information on the access to pastures and mountains, existence of electric shepherd, and number of permanent staff.
