This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs, establishes the way of keeping the register of establishments producing or marketing products of animal origin, including establishments where animals coming from other farms are slaughtered, establishments dealing with direct sale products of animal origin and establishments supported from national adapting measures according to art. 10 par. 3 of the Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the hygiene of foodstuffs. The present Regulation also specifies the scope of data and information included in the register. The register is kept in the electronic form which allows to generate printouts.
