This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 28 January 2022).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agricultural land, prescribes the content and manner of keeping, collecting and processing data from the Register of Contract and Collection Records. This Register is an electronic database and electronic record of all contracts for all forms of lease and sale of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia. The Register shall be maintained, ensured by the protection and availability of data by the Ministry responsible for agriculture. All contracts concluded before the entry into force of this text, which are still in progress and all contracts concluded after the entry into force of this Regulation, shall be recorded in the Register.
