Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down the procedure of registering legal entities and individuals who deal with plant protection products, the register of companies and individuals to trade in plant protection and the procedure of removal from the register. The register is kept by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Plant Protection and Seeds of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food. This Regulation is composed of 15 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Entry in the register (Sec. 2); Modification of conditions to access the register (Sec. 3); Removal from the register (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
