Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on reproductive material of forest trees (Republika Srpska), prescribes the criteria for general characteristics, appropriate quality and quantity, quality categories, method of labelling, packaging and classification of reproductive material into quality categories, fulfillment of conditions for testing and determining the quality of reproductive material and the form and content of the quality declaration of forest tree reproductive materials. Reproductive material of forest trees means: material of generative origin (cone, fruit and seeds intended for the production of planting material), vegetative part of the plant (cuttings, root cuttings, leaf cuttings, bud, shoot, seedling, root, micro-propagation tissue, as well as other vegetative parts of the plant intended for seedling production) and planting material (plants produced by generative or vegetative methods).
