Abstract This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and criteria for the correct and mandatory classification and consequential grading of sheep carcasses on the slaughter line, manner and procedure for sorting, grading and marking of carcasses, including all other prescribed conditions to be met by persons carrying out the process of classification, evaluation and supervision of these operations on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
