Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 June 2010, except for the provisions of article 20 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and criteria for the correct and mandatory classification and consequential grading of sheep carcasses on the slaughter line, manner and procedure for sorting, grading and marking of carcasses, including all other prescribed conditions to be met by persons carrying out the process of classification, evaluation and supervision of these operations on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
