This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the minimum requirements to be met by fresh raw milk in terms of general quality issues, processing and storage conditions, requirements for sampling, inspection and analysis of the authorized laboratories, and additional methods necessary for the correct establishment of the retail price.
