This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation stipulates the detailed technical conditions regarding the quality of milk products intended for human consumption and starter cultures for dairy products, as follows: classification, categorization and product name; physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics, as well as the composition of the product; physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics of raw materials, as well as the type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in the manufacture and processing of products/foods; essential elements of technological processes that are used in the production and processing of products; additional labelling requirements.
