Abstract This Regulation stipulates the detailed technical conditions regarding the quality of milk products intended for human consumption and starter cultures for dairy products, as follows: classification, categorization and product name; physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics, as well as the composition of the product; physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics of raw materials, as well as the type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in the manufacture and processing of products/foods; essential elements of technological processes that are used in the production and processing of products; additional labelling requirements.
