Abstract This Regulation sets the conditions regarding the quality of cereals, milling and bakery products and pasta, and further determines the categorization and correct product name; physical, chemical and sensory properties, composition of the product; additives and other ingredients that can be used in production and processing of such products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
