Abstract The present Regulation enforces the Law on the protection of nature and cultural heritage of 18 October 1987. In particular, the purpose of the Regulation is to protect and conserve wild mushrooms in the area of the Canton Uri. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: purpose, sphere of application, closed season, bans, monitoring, surveillance, penalties and entry into force.
