This Regulation entered into force on 22 April 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of five articles, lays down provisions concerning the manner and form of data transfer of nuclear material to the central records on nuclear materials, data and information relating to the implementation of security measures, and the competent authority. This Regulation establishes also other issues related to protection of nuclear materials, such as: the list of nuclear materials, which must be kept in central records; criteria for exception from the rules governing the form and frequency of notification; the way of determining areas of material balances; the manner, mode and content of record keeping; the form of internal control relating to marketing of nuclear materials.
