This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides standards and necessary requirements for: the closure of the fishing seasons for certain species of fish, where the catch, retain, transport, store, sell, process, display or place on the market are not allowed; the minimum size of individual fish species, below which the fish is not allowed to catch; the amount of the damage that was made by a legal or natural person.
