This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes various conditions (technical/equipment, spatial, technological and hygienic) to be applied to all facilities for keeping of live animals (ungulates and cattle) when keeping more than 20 livestock units, farms, poultry and rabbits (with more than 10 units), also providing the conditions for the breeding and keeping of live animals on farms, including the procedures for the registration of farms and forms and manner of keeping the register of farms.
