This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides all necessary terms and conditions for the mandatory implementation of various practices aimed for the protection of animals that are bred and kept for the production of meat, skin, fur or other products, more closely defining the rules and requirements during their movement, placing in the depot, restraint, stunning, slaughtering and killing, including killing of animals for disease control purposes.
