Abstract This Regulation provides for: a) limit level of electromagnetic fields, the procedures and the conditions of their probation for obtaining permission to perform these procedures, and special requirements for equipment, plant and buildings that are sources of electromagnetic fields or contain sources of electromagnetic fields; b) sources of electromagnetic fields, which required the approval of the Minister of Health for their marketing and use; c) detailed conditions, which must be met by legal or natural persons for marketing, installation and use of sources of electromagnetic fields, as well as the terms and forms of periodic tests conducted in order to verify the compliance with prescribed requirements; d) the conditions for the issue of the professional activity authorization when dealing with sources of non-ionizing radiation.
