Abstract This Regulation provides for: a) the limit level of electromagnetic fields; b) sources of electromagnetic fields; c) detailed conditions which must be met by legal or natural persons for marketing, installation and use of sources of electromagnetic fields, as well as the terms and forms of periodic tests necessary to verify the compliance with all prescribed requirements; d) the conditions for the issue of the professional protection against non-ionizing radiation.
