Abstract

This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures on the processing, audit, registration, labeling, import, export and control of genetically modified organisms and products containing genetically modified organisms. The purpose of the Regulation is the protection of human life and health, animals' health and wellbeing, the environment and the consumer rights by determining the principles and procedures concerning genetically modified organisms.
