This text enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 14 December 2005).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes necessary procedure and provides the manner and conditions for awarding awards and recognitions for achievements in the field of protection and promotion of the environment. This text also regulates the manner of work and the composition of related Commission for awards and recognitions. Awards and recognitions are given to legal entities and individuals for: noticeable and measurable effects in the field of environment that have significantly contributed to the reduction of environmental burdens; and/or noticeable and measurable effects in the field of environment which reduce pollution.
