This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will be fully applied from 1 January 2007.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the procedure for the exercise of the right to obtain the compensation for the use of beneficial functions of forests for work carried out in the private forests.
