This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides all necessary standards and measure aimed to define the exact quantity of water taken (authorized water abstraction performed by public company, private company or private user on the territory of Montenegro) also by setting the measuring devices on the sites of water catchment or sites from where the water is pumped out.
