Abstract This Regulation prescribes various conditions in terms of premises, facilities and equipment, as well as the professional qualifications of employed professional staff, that must be observed and met by all authorized testing laboratories or legal entities with laboratories performing analyses of food, foodstuffs and materials that have come into direct contact with food. The procedures for the accreditation of testing laboratories for food analysis on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) are also specified.
